What: Mayor Bob Filner will unveil a new community bike corral and announce San Diego’s first ever upcoming CicloSDias, a day that promotes San Diego as a bike friendly city. The CicloSDias event is inspired by “Ciclovia”, which literally translated means “bike path.” It is a groundbreaking event that began in Bogota, Colombia that draws more than a million people to walk, bike and skate streets temporarily closed to automobile traffic on designated days.
